These welding centers consist of four parts: welding manipulator, welding positioner, welding rotator, and welding power supplies.

The customer uses this machine mainly for welding cylinders. The cylinder length exceeds 2000 mm, so the cylinder must be supported by the upper or lower idler rotor. The flux recovery system is fixed at the end of the robot arm and the welding head and control box are fixed at the front end of the boom. According to customer’s requirements, we use ESAB welding power.
