Welding Roller Frame Installation And Commissioning

The installation and commissioning of the welding roller frame is a prerequisite for ensuring good performance and reliability, whatever 200T Capacity Adjustable Turning Rolls or 40T Capacity Adjustable Turning Rolls. The welding roller frame requires a mixed-soil foundation and the concrete layer is not less than 200 mm.

(1) Before the welding roller frame is installed, the foundation of the welding roller frame must be well prepared to ensure the normal curing period of the concrete and the installation position of the welding roller frame is ensured on the same horizontal line.

(3) After the welding roller frame is installed, check whether the parts of the welding roller frame meet the assembly requirements, and ensure the normality of the electrical wiring of each part. (4) Initial operation: When starting the operation, there should be no abnormal noise and vibration phenomenon. If it is necessary to eliminate the malfunction, suspend the workpiece on the roller rack for a test run to observe whether the workpiece is in close contact with the roller. Is there a large axial direction? Rebound, otherwise adjust the position of the roller carriage.
