Adjustable Welding Rotator

The adjustable welding rotator is a displacement machine that drives the weldment to rotate by means of the friction between the drive roller and the weldment. 

Only one roller part of the adjustable turning rolls is the active roller part and the other is the driven roller part. The drive devices are all frequency-conversion speed-adjustable motors. The roller components are dragged through the speed reducer and the weldment is driven to rotate. The adjustment of the distance between the roller parts in each roller frame is done manually, according to the condition of the weldment, using the positioning bolts.
