Overview of Double L Type Welding Positioner in China

The China welding positioner is a mechanical device that rotates and tilts the workpiece so that the welding seam of the complex structure is placed in a horizontal or boat-shaped position.

Double base positioner drive system is divided into two parts, namely rotary drive and flip drive. The slewing drive is mostly motor-driven, the speed is infinitely adjustable, and positive and negative rotation can be achieved. The flip drive is both electric and hydraulic. For the large positioner (more than 10T load) and the required position of the table can do a certain degree of movement of the small positioner, the lifting and tilting devices are mostly hydraulically driven. The advantage of hydraulic drive is that the process is stable and easy to control.
